Ibotta is a leading cash back rewards platform that allows savers to earn real money on their purchases, whether they are shopping online or in-store.

As a Graphic Designer on the D2C creative team, my role is to evolve and maintain the D2C brand identity across a sprawling digital ecosystem including email and marketing campaigns, in-app messaging, custom and client-paid ad products, paid and organic socail media, web design, and icons and illustration.

While partnering with our Content Creator and Paid Media team, my aim is to bring the personality developed in organic channels to humanize paid ads, and the data gathered from paid performance to sharpen the visual focus of organic content. This approach ensures that every post, tweet, or story contributes to a singular, cohesive brand experience.

Data-informed design: Use performance metrics as a compass to regularly audit creative assets to double down on what works, ensuring every marketing asset is backed by high-performing design.

Metric improvement: By streamlining the visual hierarchy in paid units, consistently help improve click-through rates (CTR) and lower acquisition costs.

On-trend content: Move beyond generic stock imagery by bringing dynamic, bespoke illustrations to the feed, ensuring a seamless brand transition between our home platform and social channels.
