The Quarantine Doodle Project
A personal project I embarked on shortly into 2020. Determined to bring some joy into people’s homes during lockdown, I set out with only two guidelines:
To accept any request sent to me
To not spend more than 15 minutes on any single piece
For 20 days in June 2020, I took as many requests as possible and donated 100% of the proceeds to various Philadelphia-based BLM and LGBTQ+ organizations under the suggested donation of $5 a piece.
I drew 602 doodles and raised over $1,200.
